No automatic professional engagement

Submitting an enquiry, contacting Taxo Vault or using website content does not by itself create a professional engagement, advisor-client relationship or obligation to accept work. Scope, documents, timelines, responsibilities and fees are agreed separately where applicable.

Consultation services and fees

The current consultation options are ₹99 for a First Consultation and ₹299 for a Follow-up Consultation. Consultation fees cover the consultation only; they do not automatically appoint Taxo Vault for further work or include separate professional services unless agreed in writing or through an agreed scope.

• Professional service fees are quoted separately based on scope, complexity, client type, records or document condition, applicable requirements and whether the work is recurring or one-time.
• Online payment and appointment booking are not currently offered through this website.

Scope and client information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information and documents relevant to a requirement. Taxo Vault may rely on information supplied by a client or authorised representative when coordinating work. Incomplete, inaccurate or delayed information may affect timelines, outputs or next steps.

Regulated professional work

Certain matters in taxation, audit, certification, attestation, company law, specialised representation or other regulated areas may require sign-off, execution or representation by an appropriately qualified and authorised professional. Where applicable, Taxo Vault may coordinate with suitably qualified independent professionals. Taxo Vault is not represented by these Terms as a Chartered Accountant firm or statutory audit firm.

No outcome guarantee

Taxo Vault does not guarantee any particular tax, regulatory, financial, business or other outcome. Outcomes may depend on facts, records, decisions of authorities or third parties, applicable law and other matters outside Taxo Vault's control.

Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, presentation and materials belong to or are used by Taxo Vault. They may not be reproduced, republished or used commercially without prior permission, except for reasonable personal reference.

Third-party services and communication

Links to third-party websites, tools or services are provided for convenience where applicable. Taxo Vault is not responsible for their content or practices.
